Use this online cassette/drivetrain ratio calculator. CASSETTE PURCHASES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Why? Because the only folks who ever want refunds are those who don't know how to install and adjust drive trains. Wheel hub manufacturers do not make their products to standardized dimensions. You need to understand how to install a cassette and center the rear derailleur on the particular brand of hub you ride for it to shift properly. CHAINS. We highly recommend you install a new chain with a new cassette and record chain mileage. You must use 10 speed chain on 10 speed cassette, 9 speed for 9 speed. REPLACE THE CHAIN when worn, before worn out. Chains from different manufacturers have life spans from 1,000 to 3,000 miles assuming the drive train is kept clean and lubricated. A worn chain will destroy a new cassette within 500-1000 miles. A worn cassette does not adversely effect a new chain.

Saddle Return Policy: We appreciate that saddles have been a challenging purchase for cyclists over the years. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges of the Remanufactured Brooks products. We recommend that you contact us first if you are struggling with saddle discomfort. We can help with model selection if you are in doubt. Best that we know your height, weight and riding habits or aspirations. Long term R&D taught us important things that make selection of our saddles fundamentally different than your past experiences. Sit bone and saddle width are not the fundamentally important question. It is important that you read the Adjustment Procedure pamphlet included with each new saddle and work on your saddle adjustments and overall bike fitting. We encourage you and your bike shop mechanic to contact us with saddle comfort, discomfort questions. We will not accept return of any saddle that has been thrashed and abused. That includes our Saddle Leather models that have been ridden without using our Saddle Care Kit leather treatment products. Saddles are guaranteed against defect in materials and workmanship for one year. You are responsible to pay S&H costs to return the saddle & receive a replacement or a refund if that is required.

You will find our proprietary saddle and handlebar adjustment instruction pamphlet and other record keeping forms helpful. The illustrated pamphlet is included with each saddle order. It was updated with new illustrations and major text edit in June 2007. Comfortable cycling is all about incremental improvements of your whole body fitness and about positioning compromises necessary considering your fitness, body type, and bike type. It is possible you need the help of a trained, accredited fit technician and various medical specialists to train yourself and fit yourself to your bike, especially if you are uncomfortable on your current saddle and if you suffer any insult injury or numbness to your genitals, pelvic basin region, hands, shoulders, or feet in particular. You may also suffer from chronic deep tissue insult injury in your buttocks region. Consult a qualified sports med physician, physical therapist, and certified fit technician as need be. Then use common sense judgments while riding and try making position changes one at a time until you find a comfortable compromise.
